Exercise is not enough

The reality is that you must have the proper nutrition to go along with your workouts to get that lean, healthy body.

Here are three of the top diet guidelines that will help take you there:

1. Eat 5 times a day. Eat 3 meals and 2 snacks every day. Protein, healthy carbs and healthy fats are critical. Ensuring that you have all three nutrients at each meal will balance your blood sugar, increase your metabolism and help you build lean muscle mass.
2. Eat lean protein with every meal and snack. Protein is key in building muscle which helps stoke your metabolism. Muscle is metabolically active – it burns calories even at rest. Protein also produces less of an insulin response. Insulin is your fat storage hormone.
3. Reduce or avoid refined carbohydrates. Refined carbohydrates such as sugars, white flour products (white bread, English muffins, pretzels, pita chips, etc.), white rice, desserts, potato chips and many more, create inflammation in the body and an insulin rush. Inflammation produces weight gain and weight gain produces inflammation – it's a vicious cycle. The key is to start adding healthy carbohydrates such as whole grains, fruits and vegetables, beans, nuts and seeds and minimizing or avoiding refined carbohydrates.

I have presentations concerning how to make money. So now what of the business side, well interested parties can buy a franchise for a particular area and earn commissions on all sales in that area, in addition they can earn money from sub affiliates either in their area or from anywhere in the world. Now I think they have all angles covered and we will have to see how everything pans out, The only thing I do not like is the early starter Guarantees, which sound a bit get rich quick, but I can understand this is needed in order to get the all areas covered as soon as possible and the guarantees will not last forever.

There is no quick fix to getting top SEO results in Google or other search engines. Positions are gained as a result of the amount of work you carry out on a consistent basis. Now I am not talking about time spent surfing the web on a random basis for places to advertise your business.

Once you have completed your keyword research and created a web landing page and blog you need to be adding information on a daily basis. You need to write about your business, using your targeted keywords. providing your readers and more importantly the search engine spiders with information. DO NOT try to sell, it rarely works. for example if you have a product that relieves pain, research information about pain and blog it. Your entry needs to be about 200-500 words.

After you have entered your blog you can use the same copy and submit it to 1-Family Classifieds, which is one of the oldest classifieds sites on the Internet. Now you may have heard me saying that classified advertising does not work, well that is true, however search engine spiders are regular visitors to this site, and that is your target audience.

The final stage is to great a simple web page and convert your copy onto a page with back links to your business, I suggest using freepage, because it is free and the template is easy to edit and you can enter your data as plain text using simple line breaks.

So there you have a simple three step routine that will lead you to success. It takes less than an hour and over time will result in thousands of quality back links to your business and will not cost you a dime
