I have presentations concerning how to make money. The core of the discussion was to educate Veretekk members, and to get them to realize that we have the best affiliate programs found on Google today. Today is a departure from my usual tips, as I discovered new company with a unique marketing plan which not only can save people money when moving house but can also be turned into a business. The worlds finances are still in dire strakes and many people are struggling to sell houses to reduce their debt burden. The problem is there are few buyers and the costs of moving house can mount up quickly. I should know having moved house earlier this year.

• The company provides a free listing for all sellers and if the property is not sold in 12 weeks pay the seller a small weekly compensation until sold.
• Buyers are also encouraged to use the service and will have legal fees and survey paid plus 50% of removals costs.

That is a win win situation for both parties, but how can they afford all this, the answer is advertising, you see moving home incurs many ancillary costs and companies are only to keen to keen to have advertising on high traffic sites listed in Alexa. On top of which they have a number of international investors.

So now what of the business side, well interested parties can buy a franchise for a particular area and earn commissions on all sales in that area, in addition they can earn money from sub affiliates either in their area or from anywhere in the world. Now I think they have all angles covered and we will have to see how everything pans out, The only thing I do not like is the early starter Guarantees, which sound a bit get rich quick, but I can understand this is needed in order to get the all areas covered as soon as possible and the guarantees will not last forever.

If you have been following my previous posts you are now in position to start promoting your new web site and I recommend that you sign up with Google webmaster tools If you have not got an account with Google just sign up for one and remember also to spend a little time drawing up a profile. as you add your web sites to Google they will begin to rank higher and Google will often find links to web sites that you have forgotten about.

Marketing your business using Google webmaster tools starts with entering your web site name and then verifying you are the site owner. you are recommended to add a site map to assist the search engine spiders there are some free tools online to create these. It may take some time for you site to become active in results so the next step is to start building back links.

There are two ways to build back links, reciprocal links and one way links, most people use reciprocal links where in return for placing a link on another site the other site advertisers on your site. I do not recommend this as you are advertising for someone else. It is far better to build your own links. always remember to have your keyword in each link.

I suggest that you make 1,000 classified adds using 1st Family classifieds, one of the oldest classified sites on the Internet today and also build 500 web pages at Free Page.net I have made a short video on how to use these free systems http://youtu.be/sgLHZLdj_6Q Some people think this is a lot of work and try to take short cuts but the fact is this approach works. I recently started a new blog and within two days by blog was on the first page of Google by using this approach and I expect it to rise higher as I completes my back linking task. Final tip with each Free Page you create remember to add your url to Google

Daily Routine

There is no quick fix to getting top SEO results in Google or other search engines. Positions are gained as a result of the amount of work you carry out on a consistent basis. Now I am not talking about time spent surfing the web on a random basis for places to advertise your business.

Once you have completed your keyword research and created a web landing page and blog you need to be adding information on a daily basis. You need to write about your business, using your targeted keywords. providing your readers and more importantly the search engine spiders with information. DO NOT try to sell, it rarely works. for example if you have a product that relieves pain, research information about pain and blog it. Your entry needs to be about 200-500 words.

After you have entered your blog you can use the same copy and submit it to 1-Family Classifieds, which is one of the oldest classifieds sites on the Internet. Now you may have heard me saying that classified advertising does not work, well that is true, however search engine spiders are regular visitors to this site, and that is your target audience.

The final stage is to great a simple web page and convert your copy onto a page with back links to your business, I suggest using freepage, because it is free and the template is easy to edit and you can enter your data as plain text using simple line breaks.

So there you have a simple three step routine that will lead you to success. It takes less than an hour and over time will result in thousands of quality back links to your business and will not cost you a dime

Many people swear by page rank and if you look at most SEO companies they tend to build back links to sites with high page ranks. Its sad to say that Many people so called SEO guru's do not know what they are talking about. Recently these guru's were moaning about Google because they changed their algorithm with the result that many sites dropped from top positions. You see true SEO White hat techniques as laid out by Google will always rise to the top.

There is no need to worry about keyword density and the like. You just need to provide topical information about your keyword on a regular basis and provide back links to you site.

In order to get top SEO results, you need first of all to select a good keyword or phrase to represent your business. The more popular the keyword the longer time it will take to reach the first page, so sometimes you are better to target a longer tailed phrase, so long as it is being searched for a reasonable number of times.

Once you have a keyword, then you need to ensure the keyword is in your domain name. This will help to get top position. Many people make a mistake when designing web sites include sound and video, this is not really necessary you are better to keep it simple. If you do include pictures on your home page ensure you tag them with Alt tags using your keyword, this will help rank your pictures in search engine results.
